In 2009 Mouth That Roars visited Chennai (Madras), India. Over a period of two weeks, two groups of young people were trained in film making. One group of children from different locations in Chennai and the other a distinct nomadic community called the NariKuravars.

‘Our Everyday Lives Chennai’ is an expression of these two groups of young people, on their everyday lives, their interests, their beliefs and their future. Both these films were directed, and filmed by the young people and provides us with a flavour of their everyday lived experience.
